What is HerbalAsia360?

HerbalAsia360 is an independent information and review site about herbal supplements that are sold with cash on delivery in Southeast Asia. We are not a manufacturer and not a shop: every order goes to the seller of the product, whose operator calls the customer, confirms the order and arranges the delivery.

Our job is to make the choice easier. For each product we collect what it is designed for, its format, how it is taken, the ingredients the seller names, the current price in local currency and what buyers say after delivery. The pages are written in the language of each country, so a reader in Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore gets the information in a familiar language and with familiar prices.

Which countries and languages are covered?

Indonesia has its own section in Bahasa Indonesia with prices in rupiah. Thailand has a section in Thai with prices in baht. Malaysia has two sections: one in Bahasa Melayu and one in Chinese for Malaysian Chinese readers, both with prices in ringgit. Singapore has a section in Chinese with prices in Singapore dollars.

Products differ from country to country because sellers work in specific markets. A product page always shows the price and the ordering conditions of its own country, and the order form accepts phone numbers of that country only.

How does cash on delivery work?

You leave your name and mobile number in the form on the product page. The seller's operator calls you back, answers questions, confirms the number of packs and agrees the most convenient delivery option. You pay in cash when the parcel arrives — no card details and no prepayment are needed on our site.

The price shown on a product page is the seller's promotional price at the time of publication and may change; the operator always confirms the final amount on the call before shipping.
